Country Heat is a dance workout that is equally suitable for people who have been doing some training, and for those who never worked out in their life.
Country Heat was created by the trainer Autumn Calabrese who had a vision of super fun exercise program that anyone would enjoy doing. The routine was developed to be easy and combined with the meal plan to help you lose those extra pounds within only 30 days.

- Trail Ride,
- Giddy Up,
- Bring the Heat and
- Dance Conditioning (which is the most effective for toning and conditioning).
During the first week, you will repeat only Country Swing and Giddy Up, which will be a good way to perfect the moves to that level you can perform them without much effort. This will help you to burn the calories in most effective way.
In your second week, the program continues with introducing other routines like Down and Dirty, Bring the Heat and Dance Conditioning, with the same goal to help you learn the moves as fast as possible.
The third week was created as a particular mixture of all the workouts from weeks 1 and 2 with the addition of the Trail Ride routine. This is where you will start getting in better shape, as you start keeping up with all the moves together with the introducing additional workout.
Finally, the fourth week is meant to be something like the final exam. You will firm up by mixing all the previously perfected workouts, plus doing the Dance Conditioning.
