Greece has long coast, many islands and great beaches. As part of the Mediterranean it has plenty fresh vegetables. That is why their Greek Salad is widely known and many try to imitate it.
This is my choice for fresh salad today.
What ingredients do you need?
You need cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, black olives and white cheese.
You chop the cucumbers, tomatoes and onion on leaves. Then chop the cheese on cubes and you add the olives. You spice it with olive oil and salt and mix it. On top you can spice it with oregano and get the real Mediterranean smell.
