I am a pretty active person. I am always doing something on leg. I can not just sit and do nothing, or sit and watch TV for a long time.
So, I thought I don’t need any additional physical exercise. I am fit and I don’t need those workout plans for women.
It was until my nephew, started chasing a ball in the park. I, then, had to stop him as he was getting near the street.
I lost condition so much, that I couldn’t breathe. I wasn’t even able to catch up with him and luckily the ball stopped at the pavement, and he caught it.
My decision to start working out
So, I decided that I need to condition and I started looking over some workout plans for women to get some condition training.
In the gyms near my house there were a lot of fitness programs going on, but because of my irregular schedule, none of the terms fit. And there would have been waste of time while going there, coming back, taking showers…
Next thing, I looked over the Internet and I found many nicely explained workouts with images. So, I tried to exercise. But, then I had to read the exercise, stop, look at the images. And by doing that I got distracted. I couldn’t get much of the exercises done.
I realized then, I needed recorded home workouts that I can play on my TV and where a trainer will explain all the moves without me being distracted reading them. So that I can play them whenever I want through the day.
As a middle aged woman, I knew that not every workout plan for women suited me. Especially because I was a beginner.
Benefits of working out for my-aged women
Reading about exercising at my age made me realize that the workout plans for women can actually strengthen my bones, becoming a veritable fountain of youth.
